1. Tell us the names of the nursing home residents you visited this week. If they were the same residents from week one, did they remember you from your last visit?

I visited two women I met last week; I'm not sure if they remembered us, but they were very talkative and friendly. I also visited Mrs. Brown for the first time, who told us about her days as a cheerleader and her family's involvement in the military. On the way out we said goodbye to Mrs. Fiore.

2. What is one new thing you learned about the residents you visited today?

I learned that Mrs. Brown was a cheerleader in high school and her great granddaughter played on a boy's tee-ball team. I really enjoyed listening to her talk about her life and her family.

3. Did you feel any more or less comfortable this week at the nursing home as compared to last week?

I felt more comfortable because I met several of the residents before, and I knew what the volunteers were expected to do.
