have no regular visitors.

Our Mission:

Friends Across the Ages is dedicated to forming true friendships with residents of nursing homes, especially the lonely and forgotten, to enrich their lives and ours. We endeavor to increase community support and recognition for the importance of authentic and respectful connections with the people we serve.

Our Vision:

Through compassion, respect, and recognition of the needs of people who are elderly and disabled, Friends Across the Ages will be recognized as an organization that relieves loneliness, restores dignity, and renews a connection to the outside world for residents in nursing home facilities. We will also be recognized as an enriching and life changing volunteer opportunity for local volunteers, and a support resource for non-local volunteers.
